The Center for Logic, Language, and Cognition (LLC) was established in 2014 at the University of Turin as a joint initiative of the Departments of Philosophy and Education, Psychology, and Computer Science. It aims to promote scientific progress by fostering constructive interaction among researchers from different academic backgrounds. LLC members conduct research in logic, epistemology, philosophy of language, philosophy of mind, philosophy of art, philosophy of science, theoretical computer science, psycholinguistics, computational linguistics, psychology of reasoning, and cognitive neuroscience.

The Center hosts a wide range of research activities and academic events. Its main research seminar, the LLC Seminar, meets regularly on Thursday afternoons. Other seminars are organized by three research groups affiliated with the Center: Science & More, Mumble, and Neural Mechanisms. The Center also organizes conferences and workshops on a variety of topics and hosts the LLC Lectures, an annual series of lectures delivered by distinguished scholars.
